Find Your Flow

Flow is a Principle of Pilates Joe was very keen on, in the book Pilates Return To Life Through Contrology we can see how he described moving through his exercises in a Flowing manner with a goal of fluidity and intentionally connecting to your articulating body part, with little disruption and interruption to the sequence.

As pilates has evolved, has our perspective of flow change too?

-is it many a well thought out plan where each exercise seamlessly blends into the next ⏳

-could it be the flow of movement through your most and the control you can feel in your body? 🦵🏽

-is your flow a state of mind, where you forget abortive outside the session and are locked into your body! 🧘🏼‍♀️

-or does your flow marry rhythm, moving in time to the class playlist 🎶

Flow in Pilates can be a personal feeling, tell me what’s does flow mean to you?
