Moving with purpose has always been a belief for Franki the founder of Pilates & Training. Having started Pilates after a back injury in her teens she felt the benefits of the practice and has made it her mission to help others in the same way it helped her. 

Experiencing the life-changing benefits herself

Franki's aim is simple, to improve peoples qualify of life through movement and understanding how we can move optimally in our bodies and reach our own bodies perfection. 
Franki knows first hand how pain can affect daily life — and how the right approach to movement can help you  regain
 freedom, strength, and confidence through movement again. 

Further to this Franki also knows the benefits Pilates can have on athletes of many sports. Having Evented on the international stage in her early 20's Franki continued to use Pilates as part of her own training along with resistance and skill related training. she also worked with many Horse riders, Golfers and footballers in recent years.

 

 Along side Franki, is a dedicated team that is here to help clients move with purpose, guiding them through a personalized practice that goes beyond a workout. It’s about building a body that supports every aspect of your life - whether you're an athlete seeking to prevent injury or simply want to handle daily tasks with greater ease. Franki and the team looks forward to sharing this incredible practice with you.
