September 2026

Nothing is better than a good reset and September is a great time to build new habits before the nights start to draw in. We have got lots going on in the studio over the next few month with new classes being added to the timetable as well as the studios First Birthday celebrations, which of course you are invited too.

Updated Timetable

 

We now have 24 permanent classes on the timetable. 

New Classes have been added to Tuesday at 9:30am and Friday at 6pm.

 

 

September Reset

 Have you not been our the studio a while or still not got yourself in for a session?

 

Challenge yourself by booking and completing all 3 Get Started 1-2-1 sessions in 20 days and reward yourself with £20 off selected blocks or memberships.

Our little studio is celebrating its 1st Birthday on the 4th and 5th of October!

From September if you refer a friends or family member to the studio and they sign up for a membership or block you get £10 Credit to use on sessions, 1-2-1's or Socks! Just remind they when they sign up to mention your name when asked if they were referred to the studio!
