not sure what your Core is or how to find this? this workshop will explore easy techniques to find your inner core and how to activate it.

Reformer vs Mat Pilates

In this talk we will explore the difference between mat, normally the more well know form of Pilates to the Reformer Pilates. We will also discuss benefits of both types and maybe which one is best for you?

History of Pilates

Ever wondered where Pilates came from and how it might have been adapted to what we teach today? The history behind the method if fascinating and some say ahead of it's time.
